As you push up the HP & Tork in your Big Block Mopar the RPM goes up with it. The stock pumps just aren't designed to run those RPM numbers, they over pressurize the system, the impeller will foam the water, overheat and start relieving the freeze plugs of their duties.
Add HP to the back wheels by eliminating parasitic losses.

*Continuous Duty* as referred to here is as a Hot Rod or Race car application, this pump should give you 1,000's of hours or 30-35,000 miles of trouble free service which will take most cars many years to accumulate. If your car is a daily commuter getting 12-20,000 miles a year this may not be the right pump for you and a Hi-Flow mechanical may be more suited to your application.
