Tuning help is just a part of the service we offer with every carb we sell. I'm personally available to walk you through the installation and tuning process most days and even on most weekends unless we're racing..
We will re-jet your new Demon to extreme altitudes before it leaves our shop at NO Charge as part of our set-up and inspection service.
We stock over 1200 jets in almost every size you can imagine, you need jets, we've got them!
If your not sure
which way or how far to go on your jetting call and I'll teach you how to
do a plug check, send me a couple of plugs or pictures, I'll read them and
help you select the correct jets for your altitude and engine.

We do a complete pre-delivery inspection and adjust the 4 corner bleeds to a baseline that we determine from experience and your engine specifications, set the accelerator pumps, preset the idle speed screws, re-jet to extreme altitudes, preset and square the floats, adjust the accelerator pumps and inspect all the fuel/air circuits, check every screw and bolt for correct tork.
This set-up and inspection service is $35.00 for any Demon carburetor, it takes me about 1 hour to strip it down to the main body and complete the inspection and set-up. If you opt for this additional service we will be more than happy to assist you with tuning your carburetor which should be very simple with only a couple of minor adjustments to fine tune it to your engine requirements.
If you should decide to save the
$35.00 and purchase a carb from us
for regular price we will ship it to you Prepaid anywhere in the lower 48,
please do not not call for tech help. BG has qualified technicians to

We're almost always willing to help you with any tuning issues on any Demon carburetor whether you purchased it from us or not, but please respect our valuable time. If you have a tuning issue please complete our spec sheet at "Spec Sheet" you'll have to copy and paste it into an email to send it to us. Be sure to say in your email you have a tuning issue and will be calling, call me and we'll go over your combination and get you going in the right direction.

to return long distance calls. Keep trying we're pretty easy to reach, remember your calling a shop not a parts counter and I
answer every call personally, you won't get anyone else, if you have a problem
I'll work with you. I may be under the hood of a customers car but I will
answer the phone 99% of the time.
