Assembly notes: Components are assembled using aluminum pop rivets, this kit is designed to bolt to core support, to complete the installation you will need to weld, pop rivet or bolt on flanges and drill to mount to core support. Temp sensor is 3/8 NPT and should be installed in a water passage in the block, heads or water port of the intake manifold (Recommended).
If your using AN line for the overflow nipple we will install a 1/8th NPT to -06 adaptor, please specify.

Tech Tip:
When mounting the overflow tank for a recovery system tank we recommend that you try and get the top of the tank at or below the top of the radiator.
