Assembly notes: Components are assembled using aluminum pop rivets, this kit is designed to sit in a support tray, to complete the installation it will need to be supported at the top using our install kit or your own design. Temp sensor is 3/8 NPT and should be installed in a water passage in the block, heads or water port of the intake manifold (Recommended).
If your using AN line for the overflow nipple we will install a 1/8th NPT to -06 adaptor, please specify.

Tech Tip:
ONLY NPT tapered threads use sealer do not use Teflon tape use only Permatex A14 Teflon Paste. No sealer on any AN, O-Ring Machine threads or Inverted flare fittings.....a little bit goes a long way be conservative.
